Not that I know of, unless the 32-bit version of WSS3 will run on x64 with IIS in 32-bit mode. Unfortunately, I can't find any documentation discussing this scenario. You can get away with a lot of 32-bit stuff on a 64 bit Windows machine, but you can't run 32-bit and 64-bit side-by-side in IIS.
